Refund Policy
At VakilAI, we are dedicated to empowering legal and financial professionals with cutting-edge intelligence. Our Pay-Per-Use Wallet Model is designed for transparency and flexibility. This policy outlines the terms under which wallet balance refunds are processed.
1. Trial Period & Evaluation
- New users registered on www.vakilai.in receive access to a free trial period to evaluate our drafting and research tools.
- We strongly recommend utilizing this trial to ensure our AI-driven outputs meet your specific professional standards before adding funds.
2. Wallet Maintenance
- The minimum top-up amount for the VakilAI wallet is ₹1,000.
- Wallet balances are stored in INR, never expire, and can be used across all available platform services.
3. Refund Eligibility & Fees
- Refunds are applicable only to the unused portion of your wallet balance.
- Once a service (Drafting, Research, or Analysis) is initiated and funds are deducted, that specific transaction is non-refundable.
Administrative Deduction: A processing fee of 10% (to cover payment gateway commissions and administrative overheads) will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
4. Processing Your Request
- To initiate a withdrawal, email refund@vakilai.in from your registered email address.
- Approved refunds are credited back to the original source of payment within 3 to 5 working days.
5. Professional Integrity
We are committed to resolving any service quality concerns or technical discrepancies. Should you face an issue where a deduction occurred without a successful output, please reach out to our support team for an immediate manual audit and credit restoration.
