• Every user who registers on www.vakilai.in is entitled to explore our services free of cost during the trial period.
• We encourage users to thoroughly explore our drafting, research, and analysis capabilities during this trial to assess suitability for their professional requirements.
• This trial period is designed to minimize the need for refunds by allowing users to make an informed decision before adding funds to their wallet.

2. Wallet System & Minimum Top-up

• VakilAI operates on a simple pre-paid wallet system where your balance is maintained in Indian Rupees (₹).
• The minimum amount required to top up the wallet is ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand Only).
• The wallet balance does not have an expiry date and can be used at any time for any service.

3. Refund Eligibility

• While our services are AI-based and highly reliable, we acknowledge they may not meet every specific expectation.
• If a user is not satisfied with our services for any reason, they may request a refund of their unused wallet balance.
• Refunds are strictly limited to the remaining balance in the user's wallet. Amounts already consumed for generating drafts, research, or analysis are non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

• To request a refund, please send an email to refund@vakilai.in with your registered email ID and phone number.
• Valid refund requests will be processed promptly. The amount will be credited back to the original source of payment within 3 to 5 working days from the date of approval.
