At VakilAI, we value the time and trust of legal and financial professionals. Our "Add Funds" model is designed to provide maximum flexibility without the pressure of recurring subscriptions.

            The VakilAI Promise: Your wallet balance never expires. Use your funds for Drafting, Research, and Financial Analysis whenever you need them, without any time-based restrictions.
        

1. No Subscription Policy

VakilAI.in does not charge any monthly or annual subscription fees. Users top-up their wallets as per their requirements. This ensures you only pay for what you use.

2. Cancellation of Services

Due to the digital and instantaneous nature of AI-powered drafting and research, once a process has been initiated and funds have been deducted from the wallet for a specific task, the transaction cannot be cancelled or reversed.

3. Refund of Wallet Balance

Unused wallet funds are eligible for a refund request within 30 days of the original top-up transaction.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Bank Account, Credit Card, or UPI).
A processing fee of 10% (to cover payment gateway and administrative costs) will be deducted from the total refund amount.

4. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a technical failure where funds are deducted but the service (e.g., a PDF draft) is not delivered, our system automatically initiates a reversal. If a reversal does not occur, users can contact support@vakilai.in for a manual audit and credit restoration.
